Free RAMS pack check
Send one subcontractor pack and we will read every document in it against the others, then send you what does not line up. Conflicting figures, plant with no matching assessment, controls missing from the document where they count, references and revisions that disagree, and sign-offs that are absent or out of date. No charge, and nothing is required of you afterwards.
What you get back
Findings, with the documents quoted
An evidenced review sheet rather than a verbal opinion, so you can show what was checked.
01
Conflicts between documents
An exclusion zone stated as one distance in the method statement and another in the risk assessment, or a control that appears everywhere except the assessment where it matters. Each finding names both documents and quotes what they say.
02
Gaps
Plant or substances named in one document with no matching assessment anywhere in the pack, and activities with no method covering them.
03
Expired and missing records
Competence records, insurances and certificates that have expired, are missing, or expire before the work they cover is due.
04
Findings grouped by severity
So you can go straight to the two pages that disagree rather than reading the pack again from the beginning.
How it works
Four steps, no upload on this page
We do not take file uploads through this form. You tell us about the pack, and we send a secure link to upload it.
- 1. Tell us about the packThe form below asks who you are and roughly what the pack covers. No files at this stage.
- 2. We send a secure upload linkBy email, so the documents never travel through a web form or an attachment chain.
- 3. The pack is checkedEvery document is read against the others, and a person reviews the findings before anything is sent to you.
- 4. You get the review sheetThe findings, grouped by severity, with the documents quoted. What you do with them is your decision.
Why three a week: a person reviews every submission before it goes back to you. That caps how many we can take, and we would rather say so than quietly queue you.

Common questions
Questions about the pack check
How do you check a subcontractor RAMS pack?
Read the pack as one submission and compare the documents against each other, because that is where the real problems sit. The checks that matter are the figures that must agree across documents, plant and substances that need a matching assessment somewhere in the pack, controls that are missing from the document where they count, references and revisions that do not line up, and sign-offs that are absent or out of date. Aldbry does this as a managed service and inside Corvleo, and the output is an evidenced review sheet rather than a verbal opinion, so you can show what was checked. The decision to accept the pack stays with your competent person.
How is our data handled?
Documents you send for a free pack check are used only to produce your report. Remove personal data before you send. We store files on encrypted UK or EU cloud infrastructure and delete them within 30 days of returning your report. The review decision stays with your competent person. For engagements beyond the pack check we agree data handling before any work starts, we use business-grade AI tools configured so your data is not used to train public models, and wherever possible we work inside your own systems and accounts so your information stays under your control. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
How much does it cost to start?
Two things cost nothing and the first paid step is £3,500. The free RAMS pack check reviews one subcontractor pack and returns a report, and the Construction Admin Cost Calculator gives you a headline cost of your own admin in a couple of minutes. The AI Opportunity Audit is a £3,500 fixed fee, credited against implementation if you proceed within 30 days, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether or not you take it further. Beyond that, AI training is half or full-day sessions, implementation is a fixed-fee setup with an optional retainer, and managed services are a monthly retainer scoped to your workflows. See the audit for what it covers.
Next step
Send a pack you already have on site.
One pack, checked by a person, findings back with the documents quoted. If you want this running on every pack rather than once, the full review service does that.
