Our standard
AI drafts. Your competent people decide.
Construction is safety-critical and heavily regulated. A RAMS document or a CDM construction phase plan is only as good as the judgement of the person who approves it.
Every session teaches the same principle, and it is built into our system. AI is used to draft, check, extract, summarise and flag. It gets a first version on the page faster and helps find what might be missing. It does not replace site-specific knowledge, a temporary works designer, a CDM duty holder or a commercial manager's judgement on a contract notice.
Your team leaves knowing where AI belongs in their work, and where it does not, while keeping responsibility exactly where it belongs. That is what our team expects from anything used on the schemes we have delivered, and it is what we teach.

We know site teams cannot disappear for days. Training is designed to fit the programme, not the other way round.

Deeper, more hands-on work across a wider range of documents, with time to build and test the team's prompt library.

AI training FAQs
Do our staff need any technical knowledge?
No. Sessions are built for people who write documents and run projects, not for IT specialists. If someone can write an email, they can take part.
Which AI tools do you train on?
We work with the tools your firm already has access to or is comfortable approving, for example AI features within Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, or a business AI assistant. We will advise on the data handling implications of each.
Can you train site teams who are rarely in the office?
Yes. We can deliver sessions on site or remotely, and shape content around site diaries, daily reports, briefings and inspection records.
Is it safe to use AI on RAMS and method statements?
AI can help draft and check them against your templates and project information, but a competent person must review and approve every document. The training covers exactly how to do that, and what AI must not be relied on for.
