Services

AI consulting services for UK construction, built on a proprietary system

We have built a proprietary system and process that removes the documentation, compliance and reporting load, with AI applied at the right layer. There are three ways to put it to work: train your team within it, embed it in your workflows, or have us run it for you.

  • AI Training
  • Implementation & Automation
  • Managed AI Services

Why this exists

More work than capacity, and the admin is the bottleneck

Most mid-tier contractors and engineering firms are not short of work. They are short of people with the time to deliver it. Project managers write reports instead of managing projects. Site managers finish their RAMS, diaries and quality records in the evening. Bids get squeezed into weekends.

The usual answer is more headcount. It is expensive, slow to recruit and it adds more coordination on top. We think it is the wrong lever. Our system builds the infrastructure underneath the work, with AI applied inside how your firm actually works, so the people you already have spend their time on the parts that need a competent person.

The work we take on

  • RAMS, method statements and CDM documentation
  • Site diaries, daily reports and progress reporting
  • Inspection, quality records and ITPs
  • Subcontractor compliance and prequalification
  • NEC4 notices, registers and correspondence
  • Tenders, PQQs and handover packs

Choosing a route

Which service suits your firm?

The system and process stay the same. The right choice depends on where you want the capability to sit: in your people, in your workflows, or with us.

  • AI Training suits firms thathave staff already experimenting with AI tools and want that done consistently and safely within a structured process, or want to build confidence across teams before investing in systems. The capability stays with your people. Delivered as half or full-day sessions, on site or remote.
  • Implementation suits firms thathave a few recurring document and reporting workflows that eat time on every project and want them handled properly by our system, inside the tools they already use. The capability sits in your workflows, and your team runs it. Delivered as a fixed-fee setup with an optional monthly retainer for support and improvements.
  • Managed AI Services suit firms thatwant the output without building anything in-house, are running at capacity, or face peaks around bids, mobilisation and handover. We run the system, and your people approve what we produce. Delivered as a monthly retainer scoped to your workflows.

Not sure yet? That is normal, and it is exactly what the audit is for. It tells you which route pays back first before you commit to any of them.

Where every engagement starts

The AI Opportunity Audit

Before we train, build or run anything, we apply our process to find where your firm is losing time and money to manual work, and exactly where our system, with AI applied correctly, would claw it back.

Starting here means you spend on evidence rather than enthusiasm. You get a prioritised roadmap for a fixed fee of £1,500, and the roadmap is yours to keep, whether or not you take it further with us.

  1. We map your processes

Where your teams spend time on admin, documentation and reporting.

  2. We assess what you use now

What is manual, what is duplicated, where the hours and cost leak.

  3. We find the opportunities

The handful of places our system and AI save you the most, fastest.

  4. You get a clear roadmap

An evidenced plan, in priority order, ready to act on.

How we work

Principles behind every service

Our system and process come from first-hand delivery. Our team has delivered major UK civil engineering schemes up to project-director level. We know what a RAMS review, a compensation event or a handover pack actually involves, and where AI belongs in that work, and where it does not.

About the team

  • Competent people sign offWithin our system, AI drafts, checks, extracts, summarises and flags. Qualified people review and approve. That never changes, especially on safety-critical work.
  • Your real documents, not demosEverything is built and taught around the document types, templates and processes your firm already uses.
  • Data handled responsiblyClear rules on what information goes where, set up to suit your firm's IT and client requirements.
  • Practical over theoreticalWe apply AI inside how your firm actually works, focusing on the few workflows that make a real difference, not a long list of possibilities.

Questions about our services

Do we have to start with the audit?

Every engagement starts with the AI Opportunity Audit because it shows where our system, with AI applied correctly, will make the biggest difference in your firm before you spend on training, systems or a managed service. It is a £1,500 fixed fee and the roadmap is yours to keep either way.

Can we combine services?

Yes. A common pattern is training to build confidence across the firm, implementation for the workflows that recur on every project, and managed services to cover peaks. The audit roadmap sets out which combination makes sense.

Will AI replace sign-off by our competent people?

No. Within our system, AI drafts, checks and flags. Your qualified people remain responsible for reviewing and approving RAMS, method statements, quality records, contractual notices and anything else that needs a competent person. Every service is designed around that.

We are not a large contractor. Is this for us?

Our focus is mid-tier construction and engineering firms, where the admin load is heavy but there is rarely a dedicated team to absorb it. That is where removing the paperwork makes the most noticeable difference. See the full FAQ for more.
